Guys, today we’re going to bake banana cake. And I have my ripe two ripe bananas here, which I’m going to be mashing first. Let’s mash this banana first before we add the other ingredients. Yeah. Mashing banana. Banana. You want banana? No. You don’t want You want Yeah. So guys, going to mash this banana completely. So let’s add this other ingredient. We’re going to start by adding sugar. This is 3/4 cup. And then we have three eggs. Those are three eggs. And then we have oil which is also a 3/4 cup. And then we have one teaspoon of salt. And then we have milk. That’s a quarter 1/4 cup milk. So, we are going to mix all this until they become smooth. I’m going to start by mixing with the fork and then I’ll mix with my mixture there. Just going to do it manually cuz I don’t have a machine. So, let’s mix with this. It does it a bit quicker than the fork. Nema. I’m here with my daughter. Always cook with her. She gives me company. Stop. Stop. Stop. So guys, I’m done mixing. I’ve already saved my uh self raising flour on a separate container. This is one cup and a half. So I’m going to pour my mixture to the flour. And then start mixing slowly until I form a paste. Wow. Wow. too. So, we’re going to make sure it’s well mixed. Mixed. Say mixed. Mixed. Mixed. So, I’m going to use this to check if I have flour remaining at the edges. My container has deep edges. So that’s why I’m putting this. So this is how my mixture looks like. So, we’re going to transfer it to my baking sour was that was remaining in the other container. I had to put it there. So, let’s transfer. This is my baking baking my baking sa. So, can I transfer it here? Looks yummy. Guys, this is it. So, I’m going to put it aside and uh warm my oven. That’s it. So, let’s put it aside and warm the oven. So, we’re going to put it in the oven under 170° and 185, sorry, uh for 40 minutes. After 40 minutes of baking, I left my cake to cool down for 30 minutes. And uh you can check it. It’s It’s well done. It’s cracked. Don’t know the reason why it’s cracked, but uh it’s well done. But most of my cake uh cracks, but this is just home baking. It’s home baking.
