Today, we’re going to make a great smoothie. What you see on my table are very interesting items. I have two bananas here, uh, peanut butter and milk. But actually, this is coconut milk. I like coconut milk so much. That’s why I chose to use coconut milk. So, let’s go ahead and make this nourishing smoothie. Okay, so bananas are very good for your health. They contain vital nutrients. I have a video on the health benefits of eating bananas. You should check it out. I put a link in the description. And then there’s peanut butter. So this smoothie is a special treat that you can give to yourself. It is a very special treat. So let’s go ahead and make it. The first thing we do will be to put the bananas. The softer the banana, the better because the banana is going to be the sweetener. The banana is the natural sweetener for this smoothie. Okay, so you have it here. I have my two bananas. Okay, right there. And then we’re going to put the peanut butter. Peanut butter is amazingly good for your health. We’re going to put one tablespoon of peanut butter. Okay. So, let’s put it right there. So, the peanut butter is in. Banana is in. Now, we’re going to make it complete by adding the milk. In this case, I have coconut milk here. So, let me pour it right in. Okay, so I think this is okay now. Banana is very soft. Doesn’t take too much time. So, here we are with a wonderful nourishing smoothie. And I have some ice cubes in there to make it a cold drink for me. You can also take the bananas right out of the fridge and then blend it. It’ll give you a very cold drink. Okay. So all right. So we have our wonderful cream colored smoothie. Okay. Each of them has lost its identity. Now we have this cream colored healthgiven smoothie. Okay. So I’ll have to taste it as usual. Wow, this is wonderful. I could drink this all day. This is really, really amazing. You should try this if you haven’t. Okay, if you haven’t tried this, you should make sure that you try it. It is amazingly tasty and you also assured that you’re drinking something that is healthy. It’s going to help you help your system. You called it a sprcial treat, is it because of the coconut milk's fat content and it should not be drank frequently?
