無農薬ヴィーガンジェノベーゼ
hi this is Rio from comic-con and we’re back at the farm and today we are going to make this amazing flavorful vegan basil pesto before we begin we need the main ingredient which is basil so we’re going to harvest in the garden so we have amazing organic basil here we grew from the seeds tiny tiny seeds and one time they were not doing really well I thought that they’re gonna die but we put a lot of compost tea and then they came back so strong you could even smell from here it’s really beautiful flowering right here and if you want to keep harvest a nice soft basil you want to cut this flower so that it will save the energy and then it will produce more basil so this is amazing this is abandoned it excites me so much because I love cooking and one of the things that they’re realizing after I started growing my own food is having access here freshest arts that sing in a kitchen it is like so much story into this basil but like the process you haven’t even put any exercise a lot of ripped or encompass key to like fertilize naturally stuff like that and if you think that like you can’t not do it because the space isn’t that limited I think you can spread through many parts in a container that’s better than nothing so I comes american-sized I’m going to spill all the way to top and gente is pretty flexible and you could easily modify for your liking you could happen with beads or later on you could up more I don’t know like oregano or like she’s leaves or anything you like same stickers organical it’s kind of like a check through all the leaves sometimes bud lay eggs underneath [Music] you want to have a little bit more water but this is pretty much how you want to keep your basil but the horn we still don’t have the water so we just think of bringing water not having access to all the live flying here really teaches me to appreciate to work with what your hug at home when you’re cooking you can open the top and then like the water runs you know everyone knows but actually cooking here at the barn we don’t have water yet we really see this could be repurposed reused for the garden well this is just drained this is going back to the garden a great way to check myself am I wasting a lot of things can I save this for something else can i repurpose that for something else just not wasting I do the halwa in my life that I buy stuff I throw away stuff I do stuff without thinking – eat so this place is really cute me how – except for myself facing here you don’t like a basil water to teach me how to be more mindful like meditation together you know that like you could just mop things a little girl legs into your food processor you could pull this off this processor I am going to add a foreign harvest and garlic I would like to put five o’clock but if you don’t like garlic too much you don’t have to sit that much usually I think the recipe calls for about three but I do love garlic and I’m not even kidding nutritional yeast for this recipe so I want a little bit more with strong flavor so go that purpose I’m adding a little bit more olive now we have flavorful pesto you can attend sits under words or text the tops on you get three bits as well and if you’re going to breathe this make sure you don’t tip pass the whole way to the top because when this free it will expand I have done this before then I picked this too much and in Basel it’s coming out in a freezer so just put this like maybe like 80% and then like a leave 20% of the room six bags and you make a pesto and then freeze this you can enjoy it it’s amazing flavorful summer harvest during the winter season as well if you have a bunch of basil don’t let it go to waste make a lot of pesto or dry them and in store this into your kitchen thank you so much for watching and see you next time
