　【材料】

じゃがいも:　　 　約350g
お水: 　　　　　　2程度
塩: 　　　　　　　小さじ1/2
片栗粉: 　　　　　大さじ3
牛乳: 　　　　　　大さじ3
白コショウ: 　　　適量
とろけるチーズ: 　10g〜20g
サラダ油: 　　　　適量

【手順】
⒈じゃがいもをよく洗い、皮をむいてください。

⒉カットしたじゃがいもをレンジ対応のボウルに入れ、お水を加えます。

⒊ラップをして600Wの電子レンジで約5分加熱します。

⒋マッシャーなどを使ってじゃがいもを潰します。

⒌潰したじゃがいもに塩、片栗粉、牛乳、白コショウを加え、よく混ぜます。

⒍マッシャーで混ぜたもち米を6等分に分けます。

⒎とろけるチーズをお好みの量（10g〜20g）に分け、もち米の中に包み込みます。

⒏フライパンに適量の油を敷き、中火弱で加熱します。

⒐もち米を両面が焼き色になるまで焼き中のチーズが溶ければ完成です。
