Do you know where I’m heading this early morning? Hello. This is UME. Haneda Airport Terminal 3! So, what’s the plan this time? Singapore Airlines Business Class. Go for it! A luxurious trip with a souvenir for the afterlife! Singapore edition. Singapore Airlines. I had a bit of trouble getting my ticket (lol). Business Class! I checked in four large bags. I couldn’t find the currency exchange, so I asked at the information desk. I paid 20,000 yen and went through immigration. Immigration was empty, but they had to wait a long time for my small child. Finally done, it was time to look for a lounge. I found the ANA Lounge ! I’ll be using the ANA Lounge because it’s affiliated with Singapore Airlines. ANA Lounge! I used it at Narita on my flight to Guam. The reception is at the entrance. It’s pretty crowded even though it’s 7am! Reservations for the shower room open at midnight one week before departure through the ANA app. However, passengers on other flights can only use it on the day. I was flying with another airline. In the end, I was looking forward to it, but there were only late-night slots available and I couldn’t make a reservation. There were seats available at the counter. There were no window or sofa seats available. Counter seats are available here too. Let’s go to the breakfast buffet! Draft beer server, coffee server , ANA original blend. Hot and iced. Tomato juice, milk . Want to drink something in the morning? Sake , liqueur , snack mix, crackers , red wine , sparkling wine, white wine, whiskey , and various hard liquors. They also have Chita and plum wine. Strawberry jam, marmalade, croissants , pain au chocolat, soft boule , kebale, focaccia, ANA original beef consommé soup, GEOGE STEUART black tea, herbal tea, roasted green tea, and Franke coffee machine . Cappuccino and cafe latte available. Rice balls , mentaiko (sesame) , red rice balls, inari sushi , wasabi, French mustard , soy sauce, ketchup, balk, pickled sausage belly, ANA original chicken curry , rice serving robot , scrambled eggs, salad corner, lettuce, tomato, potato , potato salad, corn dressing (3 types ), whole fruit, corn break, seafood and chicken paella, vegetarian mapo tofu sandwich (vegetables, ham, and cheese), almond tofu, cheddar cheese, three-color shiratama chilled zenzai, milk . I ordered noodles using the ordering system. The kids love kitsune udon. Tonkotsu ramen, tempura soba, tonkotsu ramen, and wood ear mushrooms, though. (lol) All the noodles were delicious today! Sake provided by ANA’s in-flight lounge. Front row, first class. UNE FEMME California sparkling wine was served! It was small (lol). Am I too excited for landing? Let’s toast with sparkling wine! Chilled sparkling wine, delicious! Since we’ll be eating noodles too, I’ll try to keep it as small as possible (lol). Seafood pilaf. Just plain delicious! Vegetarian mapo tofu. Even if you’re not vegetarian, this is still pretty tasty (lol). I eat vegetables too. The wakame seaweed was nice. I eat a lot of noodles, so it wasn’t too much at all (lol). Carbohydrate fest!? I’m in a good mood (lol). There’s not only counter seating, but also power outlets. I pour in the rice. I pour the curry over the rice, and finally pour in the chilled zenzai. It’s served! The highly acclaimed ANA original chicken curry is delicious. As expected, the cute Hiashi Zenzai is hard to ignore ! I ended up eating a lot. As expected, it’s delicious! For some reason, there’s the familiar beer server. Beer and curry. What are the snacks? Taki no Tane! It’s still delicious even without rice. Snacks to go with drinks? My planned shower break ended after boarding , so I relaxed a bit. This trip was a flight and hotel package. It was cheaper. I looked for a book but couldn’t find anything I liked. I arrived at the boarding gate. I took a commemorative photo. I handed in my passport and entrance permit. Follow the signs and go. Huh ? Oh? I get off the escalator. I arrive at the jetway. So exciting! Business class! All the seats are aisle-facing, in a 1-2-1 configuration, with four seats in a row. The seats are a calming brown. So comfortable! A single window seat. Cushion, slippers, table storage, and a storage compartment with a lid. Mineral water. I received my earphones at the impressive headphone entrance (lol), but aren’t they too big for a little one? (lol) There are four rows across, so the four of us can’t sit close to mom. 😢 Hedwig too. Storage compartment next to the display. I’m afraid I’ll forget something if I put it in there (lol). Space to stretch your legs when it’s turned into a bed. Luggage storage underneath. Next to my head. A light that adjusts depending on the seat angle. Headphone jack, reclining, light controls, call button, and more. On the other side. Various charging points next to the backrest. Slippers on bare feet. So comfortable. A blanket that could be called a futon is ready. Ready anytime! In-flight meal menu. I’ve already booked other menus, but the Japanese kaiseki course looks incredibly luxurious. Fillet mignon, chicken, and chili crab. The Western food also looks incredibly luxurious. The champagne is Piper-Heidsieck! The welcome drink is toasty! They even converted the kids’ seats into beds. It’s spacious. They looked at everything from Kids World and laughed. They were so relaxed (lol). The back shell design allows them to recline without worrying about the person behind them. The footrests give them a legroom. They were so relaxed (lol). The seven-hour journey from Haneda is a new experience for the little ones. I’m a little worried. They can’t snuggle up to their mom unless they’re on the other side. In-flight meals. Book the Cook. Book the Cook is Singapore Airlines’ in-flight job reservation service. Available in Premium Economy Class and above on flights over 1.5 hours long. The menu is surprisingly diverse and delicious. They offer Japanese dishes like seafood bera chirashi and eel, as well as Singapore chicken rice. It’s amazing that there’s enough space to move in and out even when the tables are set out. The chicken satay has arrived! A side dish? (lol) Looks delicious! Singaporean-style chicken satay. Plenty of spicy peanut sauce. Delicious! The sweet flavor has a nostalgic feel to it. Warm and juicy. It’s served with cucumber and onion skewers, which we also dip into the peanut sauce. Crunching is satisfying. A pure white tablecloth is laid out. We picked up the bread and then the appetizers arrived! I woke up my sleeping brother (lol). Smoked scallop salad. Various finely chopped vegetables. A mellow dressing. Scallops and salmon roe. Quite impressive! Delicious! Very delicious. We ate it all! We ate it all! Butter on bread. The bread was a must! Our little Singapore chicken rice arrived! It looked delicious! UME’s seafood bera chirashi sushi arrived! Is this in-flight food? It looks delicious! It has all kinds of toppings. Salmon, white fish, crab, shrimp, shiitake mushrooms, scallops, egg, cucumber, eel. It felt like we were at a restaurant. Salmon. Delicious! The warm vinegared rice was also delicious! We stuffed our mouths with eel. Delicious. It had shrimp and crab in it too. I was really impressed. It was surprisingly tasty and I was so satisfied. Of course, we ate it all. My brother and mom’s grilled beef fillet with yuzu pepper flavor arrived! So luxurious. The doneness was perfect! It looked delicious. I was impressed when I tasted it (lol). Delicious! Big brother ate it all. It’s a shame the chicken rice didn’t suit the little one’s palate . For adults, it was authentic and delicious. Maybe it was the kids’ menu after all for the little one. I added chili sauce to change the flavor. It was so good. I devoured the delicious bread. I chose my favorite dessert. Is everything okay? I chose fruit just in case. I ‘ve flown business class a few times, but this is the first time I’ve had such a delicious in-flight meal. (Decisively) And chocolate at the end. It was amazing. Book the Cook allows you to pre-order your main course from 6 weeks up to 24 hours before departure. Thank you. A world-renowned chef (lol). Singapore Airlines is consistently ranked “Best Airline” by media outlets around the world. It’s been a while since I last flew, but this was my first Book the Cook experience, and I want to fly every time. The in-flight meal seemed good enough even without Book the Cook (lol). Now, everyone’s safely in Singapore! 2025 marks Singapore’s 60th anniversary, “SG60,” making it a special milestone year. Singapore Changi Airport is said to be the best in the world. It’s ranked #1 in the UK’s Skytrax World’s Best Airports 2025 rankings, a total of 13 times. I headed for the taxi stand without even seeing the famous Rain Vortex, the world’s largest indoor waterfall (lol). Anyway, I arrived safely, but I have more to come. That’s all for today. I hope you’ll join me on my Singapore trip for a while. Bye. See you again. Thank you for your support.
