ベトナム・フーコックで話題のレストランに行ってみた | MEOキッチンレビュー
Hey fusion foodies, welcome back to Fusion Food Adventures. Today, our family’s digging into Mio Kitchen, a local favorite here in Puquac, Vietnam. Ever wondered what makes this spot so special? We’ll take you inside, show you what we ordered, share some handy tips, and give our honest review. Will it live up to the hype? Stick around till the end to find out. It’s our first time visiting Pukquok, and this island is absolutely stunning. Lively streets, bustling local markets, and amazing food everywhere you go. From where we stayed, it was just a 5-minute walk to Mio Kitchen, a popular Vietnamese restaurant right in the heart of Pukquac City. Check out our other videos and stay tuned for more amazing eats from Vietnam, Bangkok, South Korea, and Tokyo. Here we are at Mayo Kitchen. [Music] The restaurant features an open kitchen, so you can watch the chefs preparing each dish. It’s especially popular with Korean tourists, and some of the staff speak both Korean and English. The space is clean, welcoming, and spread across two levels, perfect for small or large groups. We arrived on a Tuesday around 4:30 p.m. and waited about 30 minutes. During peak hours, it’s best to expect lines or call ahead to reserve a table. You’ll find the address and contact info in the description box below. As we sat down, it was golden hour. The sunset in the background was just beautiful. What more could we ask for? A great vibe, a stunning sunset, and the promise of a delicious feast ahead. Here [Music] comes the northern style foe and it looks amazing. This bowl had a generous amount of thinly sliced beef brisket, tender and full of flavor. The broth was light yet rich, perfectly balanced with savory and aromatic spices. So far, this has been the best foe we’ve had on the island. We actually ordered quite a few dishes, but we only show and share the ones we truly enjoy. If something doesn’t impress us, we won’t film it or mention it. The next dish is the Vietnamese skillet sandwich, and my husband absolutely loved it. It came out sizzling hot, packed with flavor, and so satisfying. [Music] The skillet was loaded with pate, onions, sausage topped with melted cheese, two eggs, a special sauce, beef tenderloin, fresh tomato slices, and pickled dyken. [Music] Here come the egg rolls. They’re beautifully served with fresh lettuce, sliced tomatoes, pickled daon, and a savory dipping sauce. [Music] crispy on the outside, flavorful on the inside, perfect for dipping. [Music] Let’s move on to a must try and best seller here at Mio Kitchen, the Vietnamese savory pancake. The server cuts it into smaller pieces for you so you can see how thin and crispy it is. [Music] The set comes with fresh greens, herbs, cilantro, dipping fish sauce, and rice papers. Inside the pancake, you’ll find pork belly, shrimp, mushrooms, and crunchy bean sprouts. [Music] For beverages, there are two you really have to try. First up is the Puquac Draft Beer. The bottle is huge, perfect for sharing between two people. It’s crisp, refreshing, and goes down smooth, just what you want with a hearty Vietnamese meal. [Music] The second is the mango smoothie made with real mango. It’s thick, creamy, naturally sweet, and full of tropical flavor. Now, let’s rate the restaurant. [Music] Is it worth it? Absolutely. If you’re in Puquac and want something a little more elevated than street food, yet still relaxed and full of local flavor, Mo Kitchen is a great pick. Thank you for watching and as always, keep tasting the world one bite at a time. See you next Saturday for another delicious adventure. [Music]
