Overnight magic

Carrot Cake Overnight Oats with Chia Seeds 🌙🥕
Don’t be surprised when I say this really tastes like carrot cake – only it’s not baked! Creamy, spiced, and so so delicious… my absolute go-to breakfast. 🌙💛

Ingredients (1 serving):
¼ cup rolled oats
1 tbsp walnuts (chopped)
1 date, chopped
1 tbsp raisins
¼ cup grated carrot
3 tbsp Greek yogurt
½ cup milk (any of choice)
1 tsp chia seeds
½ tsp cinnamon powder
2 tbsp toppings of choice (optional: extra yogurt, nuts, or fruit)

Mix Greek yogurt, milk, and chia seeds. Add oats, carrot, dates, raisins, walnuts, and cinnamon. Stir, cover, and refrigerate overnight. Top and enjoy in the morning.
