【材料】
卵白 2個分
粉糖もしくはグラニュー糖 100g

ハンドミキサーがあると便利です。

【作り方】
・卵白をボールにいれてミキサーで高速でひたすら混ぜます。
・グラニュー糖を数回に分けて入れて混ぜます。
・グラニュー糖をすべて入れ終わったらミキサーを低速にして混ぜます。
・ツノが立ったら絞り袋に入れます。
・オーブンを100℃で予熱しておきます。
・天板にクッキングシートを敷き、メレンゲを絞っていきます。
・オーブンに入れて100℃で60〜70分ほど焼きます。
・シートから剥がしたら完成です。
