    ●Ingredients(for 2 people)
    120g Okonomi-yaki powder
    140cc cold water
    220g cabbage
    10g tenkasu
    2 tbsp red pickled ginger
    40g thinly sliced pork rib
    2 eggs
    100g seafood mix
    some dried sakura shrimp

    ●Topping
    160g Japanese Yam
    some shredded dried laver
    some spring onion
    2 egg yolk

    ●Tare
    2 tbsp soy sauce
    1 tbsp Mirin

    ●材料 2枚分
    お好み焼き粉：120ｇ
    冷水：140㏄
    キャベツ：220g
    天かす：10g
    紅生姜：大さじ2
    豚バラ肉：40g
    玉子：2個
    シーフードミックス：100g
    桜海老：少々

    ●トッピング
    長いも：160g
    刻み海苔：少々
    万能ネギ：少々
    卵黄：2個

    ●醤油ダレ
    醤油：大さじ2
    みりん：大さじ1

      I don't know why your videos don't receive a lot of viewers. However, i think it is awesome what you are doing. Continue on as it is really worth the while.

      1.Grate 1/2 onion, 1 clove of garlic, and a small piece of ginger.
      2.Put 100cc sake,50cc mirin,100cc soy sauce and 1 in the pot.
      3.Put the pot on fire.
      4.Heat them for about 2 minutes with a low flame after boiling.
      5.Let it stand for about 2～3hours and steak sauce is done!

      It's very easy but very tasty.Please try yourself;)
