Best Flourless Brownie Cookie Recipe- Soft & Chewy!
Ingredients:
• 150g chopped dark chocolate
• 70g butter
• 150g fine sugar
• 2 room-temperature eggs
• 30g cocoa powder
• ¼ tsp salt
• 60–90g chocolate chips or walnuts

Instructions:
Preheat your oven to 180°C (350°F) and line a baking tray with parchment paper.
Melt the chocolate and butter together (using a double boiler or microwave) and let it cool slightly.
Beat the sugar and eggs with a hand or electric mixer for 4–6 minutes until the mixture is light and fluffy.
Add the melted chocolate and butter mixture, then sift in the cocoa powder and salt. Mix until combined.
Fold in chocolate chips or walnuts. The dough will be soft and sticky—this is normal.
Chill the dough in the fridge for 6–8 minutes. If it’s still too soft to scoop, chill a bit longer.
Scoop the dough onto the baking tray, leaving at least 4 cm between each cookie. This recipe makes about 16 cookies.
Bake for 8–9 minutes, until the tops crack but the centers are still soft.
While cookies are still warm, you can gently shape them with a ring slightly bigger than the cookie for perfect round edges.
Let them cool on the tray for 10 minutes, then transfer to a wire rack to cool completely.
