•オートミール粉:100g
•かぼちゃ:50g
•ピザ用チーズ:15g
•卵:1個
・砂糖 : 10g
・塩 : 3g
•ココナッツ油orオリーブオイル:小さじ1
•ベイキングパウダー : 小さじ1
•牛乳or豆乳orオーツミルク:60ml〜(かぼちゃの水分を見ながら調整)
作り方👩🍳
1. かぼちゃをレンジで600w3分加熱して、フォークでなめらかにつぶす。
2. ボウルに材料全て入れて混ぜる。
3. 丸く成形して、180 ℃のオーブンで15〜20 分焼く。
