Long leash, harness, shoulder leash, air tag , insect repellent, insect bite medicine, change of clothes for the human, life jacket , towel, hat, marine shoes , plastic bag, lunch box and water bottle, treats for the dog and the human, and a ball snorkel in my usual walking bag. I’ll leave with Hono in his crate. Hono is clingy even at home, but when we go outside, he wants to spend even more time with us. I wonder if all Border Collies are like that. He’s a great swimmer. When we set off, he often looks up and asks , “Who’s with us today?” to make sure everyone is there. He panics when the number of people decreases along the way, and there are people who walk slowly. I stop when I see someone who is fast and go to say, “You’re fast!” I feel a strong urge to get back to work. Today, I’m working on the ball . When I hear a noise on the quiet river, she worries , and when the doorbell rings, she’s the first to come to the front door. I’m a hardworking mom with plenty of energy, so please don’t get lost, please don’t get lost. It was a weekend where I worked hard, hoping to see her satisfied face. Now that the river trip is over, I’ve done a ton of washing up and am preparing lemon cookies and Hono’s chicken breast . I also bought a can of saucepans that make pasta and soup easier. Today, I’ll start with lemon cookies. I love Igarashi Romi’s recipes! I’ve tried store-bought versions, and they were so satisfying and satisfying, with a “bang” sound. I think they’re a great recipe because they’re so delicious with simple ingredients. It’s amazing how much a dog can understand humans. It starts with the idea that Stella (my dog) could be taught to use the button, and continues to teach her, all the way to the point where she is able to speak using the button. It’s a book of strong conviction and kindness. If animals have more opportunities to communicate, I think human society should develop even more. It’s fun to watch the pop-pocon cookies come together. Do you have any recommended sweets recipes? I’m always making the same things and I’m always looking for new recipes, but it seems like it’s important to properly remove the dust. Igarashi Romi’s recipe for shortbread is also delicious. I think the key to making sweets is handling butter, but since you take it out of the refrigerator and put it in the food processor right away, it’s hard to go wrong. The wonderful aroma of butter fills the room, making me happy. When I was a university student, I worked part-time in a confectionery shop kitchen. It was hard because it was early in the morning , but it was fun to meet pastry chefs I don’t usually get to see . What a smell! Coat the cookies with lemon and powdered sugar and bake just the top again. I think I used a little too much coating . If there’s any left over, I’ll add it to tea for lemon tea, or spread it on bread for breakfast. I baked the chicken breast for about 40 minutes, so I baked the cookies on both sides. I was worried about the smell, but both had a strong flavor, so it was fine. I’d be happy if I could make both in a short time.
