Even if you can’t bake, you can make this easy pound cake in under five minutes. Let me show you how to make this. In a bowl of a stand mixer, I got some flour on the bottom, some sugar on top. Add in some room temperature butter on top, some room temperature already beaten egg, some sour cream, and a little bit of vanilla extract. And that’s it. Now, all you have to do is mix on low speed for 2 minutes, and on medium speed for 3 minutes. Once your poundake batter is well combined, you want to take it and then scrape it down.
