Now we just idea. [Music] What’s that? [Music] near. [Music] [Music] [Music] Yeah, pumpkin tend to have some uh uh water. So it is advisable that uh you don’t add water to your flour and uh you keep on adding bits by bits. That is I’ve already added the yeast um uh sugar and uh some salt. So you keep on adding flour bit by bit cuz uh with pumpkin it’s very uh very liquid. It’s very wet. So it’s advisable that uh even for the pumpkin it’s advisable you add bit by bit. I added everything and the flour. So that’s my duff. But kneading is also very important. So we keep on kning to have a soft uh cut for bread. So keep on watching. So cover the dough for about 30 minutes uh or uh until it is double size. Then it will be ready for cutting and um getting now the bread, getting the size of the bread you want to. It is also advisable that uh you remove the air from the do by punching it down so that uh you remove the air and it is also part of a baker to have flour all over the body like now my face is full of fl but I’m a baker and I like uh okay not a trained one but uh I love what I’m So keep on watching till the end. You see the product of this pumpkin. [Music] So much fridge. Give me another day. Can you do [Music] [Music] [Music] The best thing with using pumpkin, you don’t need to put food coloring on bread. This is athetic bread without any food coloring. Uh it has very beautiful color as you can see. So I’m just uh twisting it. I don’t want I want to have a a twist bread and just a normal uh bread. And you’ll think that there was a food coloring especially for the scones. They came out as if colored uh the fl is the yellow of the pumpkin. So let’s watch and see the outcome. [Music] [Music] [Music] [Music] I [Music] After getting the shape that you you desire, let the dough rests the mold or the molded bread rest for about 5 to 10 minutes depending on the uh the raising. If it raises um double the size then it’s ready to go to the oven. My oven uh is also ready. It’s heated. So it’s just a matter of putting the bread on the uh charcoal oven. Now this is what you can without using fire. I don’t know. Okay. Come back to Come on. Hello. Wait, [Music] I do in Let’s go. Thank you so much for watching. That’s my bread. That’s my oven.
