ココアベースの生地に、私の大好きなピーカンナッツと胡桃、そしてドライいちごまで入って、まさに夢の饗宴のようです^ – ^
生地に油脂成分を含んでいないので、カロリー的にも安心して食べることができます！
また、ピーカンナッツには不飽和脂肪酸という成分が含まれており、アンチエイジングやダイエットにも効果ありとのことですので、甘いパンを食べる罪悪感も少し軽減できる素敵なパンとなっています^-^

ショコラナッツ

強力粉　210g Strong flour
薄力粉　35g Cake flour
砂糖30g Sugar
塩　3g Salt
ココアパウダー　20g Cocoa powder
水　170ml Water
インスタントドライイースト　4.5g Dry yeast

ドライいちご　70g Dry strawberry
ピーカンナッツ　50g Pecan nuts
胡桃　30g Walnuts
チョコチップ　30g chocolate chips

※ピーカンナッツと胡桃は事前にオーブンでローストする（160℃ 10分）
※ドライいちごは熱湯で湯通しする

成形　15㎝✖️24㎝ Shaping
発酵かご　サイズ21㎝✖️16㎝✖️7㎝ Fermentation basket
発酵かごに強力粉　18g用意しましたが、使い切りませんでした。各自お好みでお使いください。
