I’ll bake a mixed berry jam pound cake today. Happy new year! It’s been a while since I posted last time I decided to bake a pound cake as the first thing in 2023 Though I do have a pound cake tin, I’ll use a round cake pan which is dishwasher-safe. I put less sugar because I wanted to use very sweet jam After mixing sugar and butter with the mixer, add beaten eggs little by little and mix them every time Seems like butter and eggs should be at room temperature If it’s cold, they can’t be mixed well Also, if you add all eggs at once, it wouldn’t be mixed well either so I’m adding little by little like this Add flour and baking powder and mix a bit with a spatula You shouldn’t knead them Add the mixed berry jam here You can use any jam mix them a bit again If you mix less, it would be a marble pattern I mix more this time to make everywhere equal Put the dough into the round cake pan (What is this way to hold the bowl lol) Make it flat I like this kind of thing Drop it several times to remove air from the dough Bake it in the preheated oven for 40 minutes (170℃) The outside became crunchy and the inside became soft. バター:120g
小麦粉:130g
お好みのジャム:60g
ベーキングパウダー:小匙1
卵:2個
砂糖:20g
