Next is the winner with whipped cream . Since we whipped fresh cream instead of the commercially available squeezed type, the thickness and texture are completely different! It feels like it just melts on your tongue, and the rich, rich flavor unique to dairy products gently wraps around the crunchy dough. By using this wooden plate, you can create a cafe atmosphere, and it can be reproduced fairly conscientiously in terms of other than calories. Another benefit is that it’s easier to eat! The breed is a golden retriever, and the color of the dog’s coat is gold.It ‘s been less than three months since she was born, so in human terms, she’s about 3 to 4 years old. He’s about the size of a small dog now, but he’s such an energetic boy that he’s already showing glimpses of a god of destruction. By the way, the name “Pupu” is amazing because it’s because his face looks like that. He’s the bigger of his siblings, and I think he’ll have grown enough to blow me away in a year, so being able to watch him grow like that is one of the best parts of being a big dog. On the day of the pick-up, I was so excited that I was using the camera more than I was in the video, so I was able to capture a lot of cute and funny scenes (I’m aware that I’m an idiot) .I’ve posted the actual footage at the end of the video, so if you’re interested, please watch it till the end! 200g unsalted butter (at room temperature) 240g brown sugar 1 egg 1 teaspoon vanilla extract 320g plain flour, 3g baking powder 200g chocolate chips (reserve about 30g for topping) Cut about 30% of the dough and spread it out into an 18cm circle.Put the remaining dough into an 18cm cake tin. Cover with 500g of Nutella and close the gap. Bake in an oven preheated to 180℃ for 25-30 minutes. Let it cool down before cutting . Pupu-kun, before picking him up, on the day of picking him up. ■ヌテラクッキーパイの作り方
○材料
・無塩バター200g
・ブラウンシュガー…240g
・卵…1個
・バニラエッセンス…小さじ1
・薄力粉…320g
・ベーキングパウダー…3g
・チョコチップ…200g
・ヌテラ…500g

１、常温に戻したバターとブラウンシュガーを混ぜ合わせます
２、卵を割り入れ、バニラエッセンスも入れて混ぜます
３、薄力粉とベーキングパウダーを入れて混ぜます
４、チョコチップを入れて混ぜます
５、18cmの型に敷き詰め、ヌテラを入れて包みます
６、180℃に余熱したオーブンで25~30分焼き、粗熱が取れたら完成！

Q.なんで太らないんですか？
A.以下に調整方法をまとめてます。

撮影は基本的に2日に1本
カロリーは大体5000kcal前後摂取してます！
撮影の次の日は調整日と言って、以下の物を食べてます！

・ブラックコーヒー
・お魚さん
・納豆
・キムチ
・りんごなど
サプリは、ビタミンC、亜鉛、腸内環境を整えるもの
※撮影で料理が余った時はそれも食べてます

2日で5000~6000kcalを摂取してるイメージです。
1日平均すると2500~3000kcal
僕の基礎代謝が1800kcal
3000-1800=1200
つまり、1日運動で1200kcal消費すれば体型維持できます！

運動はランニング30分
ウエイトトレーニング&HIITを30分
これを毎日行ってます
日常生活でもある程度動くので
確実に1200kcalは消費してると思います
以上が僕の調整方法です！

他にも意識している生活習慣
・水を1日３〜４L以上摂取
・7時間以上寝る
・お風呂に20分以上浸かる
・寝る前に必ずストレッチをする

■動画の作りについて

○カット
僕は、基本的に動画のテンポを大切にしています。
モッパン系動画の中でも量は多い方なので、全部映した場合
食べてるシーンだけで1時間以上の尺になります。

それで良いと言う方もいるかも知れませんが、おそらく最後まで観てくれる方は少ないです。
僕は、動画をなるべく全部観てほしいです。
なので、「少し咀嚼の間の時間を飛ばす」ような編集にしてます。
他にも、カロリーのカウントアップをつけたり
字幕を入れてるのも、なるべく最後まで楽しんで観て頂きたいからです。

※飲み込むシーンは映すようにしてるんですが、たまに音が聞こえにくい時があります。
後は、ノイズや環境音、僕の鼻息や手がぶつかる音などが入ってしまった際は、カットしてます🙇‍♂️

○服装
服装はあえて黒にしてます。
理由は以下の通りです。

・後退色を使うことで、食べ物により迫力を出す
・一番彩度の低い色にする事で、どんな食べ物でも鮮やかに魅せる
・黒には高級感を与える効果があるので、よりプロフェッショナル風の動画に仕上がる
※将来的には、いろんな服で撮影するかも知れません。
