I know this might be a bit conservative, but the saltiness isn’t my preferred type . However, it has a subtle chili flavor that I quite like. Do all three of these places have pieces that easily fall off the bone? Yes, all three have beautifully presented braised aspic. I think their braising techniques are all good, just the flavors are quite different. If I were to eat them all, I would vote for Heizhuyuan . Here are the prices for Huangjia and Fanshushi: 170 for Huangjia and 180 for Fanshushi . The weights are also different; you can judge for yourselves. Currently, Fanshushi is probably the heaviest.
