ミキサーなしかぼちゃポタージュスープ/Pumpkin potage soup
No mixer required. A simple pumpkin potage made by boiling and crushing. Cut the pumpkin into appropriate sizes and boil. Place the pumpkin under the skin in a thick pot, add water and salt, and bring to a boil. When the steam rises, reduce the heat to low and heat for 7-8 minutes. Let it steam for about 10 minutes with the lid on, then mash it with a masher. Add salt and heat again. Skim a little water to thicken. Add fresh cream and warm it up quickly and it will be completed. You can use coconut milk or soy milk instead of heavy cream. Please try it for Halloween.
