This cake is super soft and moist Condensed Milk Cake, made with only a few simple ingredients! This Condensed Milk Cake is perfect for tea time cake, kids’ snacks, parties, or a quick dessert and a perfect pound cake.
Condensed Milk Cake | Pound Cake | Super Soft Condensed Milk Cake | The Easiest Condensed Milk Cake Ever | Moist, Fluffy & Fail-Proof
Ingredients
Condensed Milk – 1 can (300 ml)
Eggs – 3 Large
Unsalted Melted Butter – 115 gm or 1 stick
All Purpose Flour – 200 gm or 1 ¼ cup
Vanilla Sugar – 9 gm or Vanilla Essence – 1 tsp
Custard Powder or Cornstarch – 1 tbsp (optional)
Baking Powder – 2 tsp or 10 gm
Salt – ¼ tsp or 3 gm
Bake at 350°F or 176°C for anywhere from 45 mins to an hour or till done. The baking pan size I used is 7 inches X 3 inches.
