PERFECT UPSIDE DOWN BANANA CAKE soft & moist 逆さまバナナケーキの作り方
This simple and easy Upside-Down Banana Cake will amaze you. It’s topped with bananas and caramelized sugar and butter. The result is an incredible perfect soft and moist banana cake. I also add walnuts to have a crunch bite but it’s optional. No waste of your overripe bananas, try this recipe and you’ll absolutely love it. Enjoy♡
List of Ingredients
For Cake Batter
– 2-3 bananas mashed
– 4 tbsp of butter
– 1 cup of sugar
– 2 eggs
– 1 tsp vanilla extract
– 1 1/2 cups of all-purpose flour
– 2 tsp baking soda
– 1/4 tsp salt
– 1/2 cup milk
For Caramel Layer
– 4 tbsp of butter
– 1/2 cup of brown sugar
– 1/2 tsp vanilla extract
– 3 sliced bananas
