ホットケーキミックスでできる！分厚いスフレパンケーキ作り方 Souffle pancake 수플레 팬케이크

材料　百均型3〜4個分
■スフレパンケーキ
卵 2個
牛乳 50ml
ホットケーキミックス 100g
グラニュー糖 30g
バター、ハチミツ

作り方
1.卵2個を卵黄と卵白に分けます。

2.卵黄に牛乳50ml、ホットケーキミックス100gを入れよく混ぜ合わせます。

3.卵白にグラニュー糖30gを2回に分け入れメレンゲを作ります。

4.2.にメレンゲを3回に分け入れ混ぜます。

5.型に7〜8分目まで生地を入れ、5回ほど落として空気を抜きます。

6.弱火に熱したフライパンに油を引き、生地を入れた型をおきます。

7.水を入れ蓋をし、7〜8分蒸し焼きにします。

8.焼けたら引っくり返し、水を入れ蓋をして7〜8分様子を見ながら焼きます。

9.焼けたら型から出し、お好みでバター、ハチミツをかけます。

Material 3 to 4 pieces
■ Souffle pancake
2 eggs
50 ml milk
Pancake mix 100g
30g granulated sugar
Butter and honey

How to make
1. Divide two eggs into yolk and egg white.

2. Add 50ml milk and 100g pancake mix to the egg yolk and mix well.

3. Divide 30g of granulated sugar into egg white in 2 portions to make meringue.

Mix meringue into 3 times in 4.2.

5. Put the dough into the mold until the 7th to 8th minutes, drop it about 5 times to bleed it.

6. Oil the frying pan on low heat and put the dough into the mold.

7. Add water and cover, and steam for 7-8 minutes.

8. When it’s baked, turn it over, add water and cover with a lid, and bake while watching the condition for 7-8 minutes.

9. Once baked, remove from mold and sprinkle with butter and honey if desired.
