Who doesn’t love a soft gingerbread cookie 😋 Gingerbread is very popular in Germany and around the world, and we usually buy it for Christmas. So when we learned how to make our own we had to share the recipe ✨

Do you like Gingerbread? 🎄

Here’s what you’ll need for a batch:
👉 75 ml cold coffee
👉 4 tbsp cooking oil
👉 100 g brown sugar
👉 1 egg
👉 40g fluid honey
👉 100g ground almonds
👉 15g ginger bread spice
👉 1 tsp unsweetened cocoa powder
👉 1 tsp sodium bicarbonate
👉 300g flour

And of course chocolate or icing sugar for decorating
