    📊 Approx macros per serve

    ~420 Calories
    ~35g Protein
    ~50g Carbs
    ~11g Fat
    ~8g Fibre

    Quick lesson 👇

You’re getting loads of fibre from the oats and chia seeds, which helps with fullness and supports healthy digestion.

And coffee can stimulate your gut and the gastrocolic reflex in some people… so combining espresso with around 8g of fibre might REALLY get things moving 😂☕️

High protein, high fibre and tastes like tiramisu. Elite.
