This is a day of sweets making.
Today, I have made oatmeal cookie
This is very easy and all you can do is mix bake by toaster. No need to care about pre heat or temperature.
My recipe is not very sweet… If you like more sweet taste, you can add honey or sugar.
The dough condition is depends on what you add. If you add more dried fruits, like dates or raisins, the dough is going to wet and need to less water.
The baking time is depends on your toaster heat.
Please check your toaster when you bake.
Good for breakfast or tea time!

オートミールクッキーを作りました。
やることは、まぜるだけ。。。
ドライフルーツや、いれるものによって、生地の状態が変わってくるので
水を調節しながらいれてください。
我が家は甘さ控えめなので、甘いの好きな方はハチミツや、お砂糖を追加してくださいね。
オーブントースターで焼きます。
おうちのオーブントースターによって焼き加減が違うので
焼きながらチェックしてくださいね。
