~Chocolate cake with dried fruits/ A simple homemade cake using a pancake mix and a rice cooker!~

Cookery expert Misato Hamada introduces a chocolate cake made in a rice cooker!
It can be made using pancake mix.
So please feel free to try making it.
The key is not to overmix.

[Ingredients] (for 3 cups/5 cups rice cooker)
pancake mix 60g/120g
cocoa (unsweetened) 25g/50g
Sugar 20g/40g
Total of dried fruits and nuts 25g/50g
30g/60g melted butter
1 or 2 eggs

[How to make]
1.Chop the dried fruits and nuts.
2.Mix the powders.
3.Mix eggs and melted butter in that order. If the mixture is too stiff, add a little milk.
4.Put the mixture in the inner pot of the rice cooker and turn it on!
