    🌸 RECIPE
    Ingredients: *using 18cm cake tin
    – 5 egg whites
    – 1/2 teaspoon cream of tartar (optional)
    – 50g sugar
    – 60g brown rice flour (OR 60g rice flour)
    – *Optional – whipped cream and fruit

    Recipe:
    1. *If you have cream of tartar add it to egg whites.
    2. Whisk egg whites until firm meringue forms. Add sugar half-way through.
    3. Add brown rice flour and fold.
    4. Pour batter into cake tin lined with baking paper.
    5. Bake at 170℃ for ~30minutes.
    6. Let it cool, decorate with whipped cream and fruit.
    7. Easy to enjoy.

    🌸 レシピ *18cm丸型を使用
    材料:
    – 卵白 5個分
    – クリームタータ 小さじ1/2 (なくても大丈夫です)
    – 砂糖 50g
    – 米粉 60g (または、玄米の粉 60g)
    – お好みで生クリーム、果物

    レシピ:
    1. *クリームタータがある場合は、卵白に加える。
    2. 卵白をしっかりとしたメレンゲになるまで、泡立てる。途中、砂糖を加える。
    3. 米粉を加え、混ぜ合わせる。
    4. 生地をベーキングシートを敷いた型に流し込む。
    5. 170℃に予熱したオーブンで ~30分 焼く。
    6. 粗熱をとり切り分けたら、お好みで生クリーム、果物を飾る。
    7. 出来上がり。

      so it's digested better than flour and it looks grilled well.
