Ragi Chocolate Cookies | Healthy Cookies | Finger Millet Cookies | 3 Methods to Shape Cookies

Ingredients:
Finger Millet Flour – 1/2 c ~70 g 2.5 oz
Whole Wheat Flour – 1/4 c ~ 30 g 1 oz
Oat Flour – 1/4 c 17 g 0.6 oz
Ghee – 1/3 c 70 g 2.5 oz
Jaggery – 1/3 c 45 g 1.6 oz
Cacao / Cocoa Powder – 2 tbsp
Nuts (grounded) – 1/4 c
Baking Powder – 1/2 tsp
Baking Soda – 1/4 tsp
Milk – ~ 1/3 c

Measurements r different. Can u plz explain..
1/4 cup is different measurements for oat n wholewheat flour
It unfortunately crumbled and didn’t hold shape with the measurements given
