Unsalted Butter 100g.
Powder Sugar 130g.
Egg whites 80g.
Cake Flour 100g.
Vanilla Oil 5drops
Optional Skim Milk
or Milk Powder 2tbsp.

Filling
White chocolate 100g.
Fresh cream 100g.

Baking Temp.& time
170 °C for 8- 10mins.
Depends also to the
size of your cookie
And oven capacity
