Cinnamon roll pancakes – Cooking With Agent96 E#32

Cinnamon roll pancakes

For the pancake batter

1 cup all purpose flour
2 teaspoons of baking powder
½ teaspoon of salt
1 cup of buttermilk or sub with 1 tablespoon white vinegar and fill the cup with cold milk let sit 5 min inn the fridge
1 teaspoon of pure vanilla
1 large egg
1 teaspoon of butter melted

To make your batter combine your dry ingredients butter,
egg, buttermilk and vanilla mix and let sit to allow the chemical reaction occur so they rise nice 

For the glaze topping

2 ounces of cream cheese
½ a stick of butter or 4 tablespoons
½ cup of powdered sugar otherwise know as icing sugar
½ teaspoon of pure vanilla

Cinnamon swirl
¼ cup brown sugar
1 tablespoon of cinnamon
½ a stick of butter

Melt you butter in the microwave and combine with brown sugar and cinnamon pour in a Ziploc bag or a squeeze bottle with a tiny hole the smaller the better the bag can be challenging.

Cook your pancakes on a med hot skillet or whatever type of pan you use to cook them, 4oz of batter per pancake, then swirl the cinnamon sugar around, flip when they bubble and repeat till all cakes are cooked.
Serve swirl side up and top with glaze topping. 
