Lazy cat cake recipe
For the chocolate cake I used cake mix powder and after baking I cut the chocolate cake and layed it in the serving dish and then i poured chocolate milk on the cake,
For the cream I used full fat cream, i added 4 tablespoons of condensed milk and cream cheese then beat it until it became thick then spread it on the cake and put it in the fridge for it to set
while the cake was in the fridge i made the chocolate ganache. For chocolate ganache, in a bowl add hot cream, add melted milk chocolate then mix it. if the chocolate does not melt properly then transfer it over a pot and heat for a while and melt it like me 😁. Now pour this chocolate ganache on the cake and sprinkle some chocolate coated coco puffs and enjoy 😋. Coco puff coating
In a bowl add two cups coco puffs 3 tbs of chocolate ganache and 2 tbs of coco powder, mix well.
