Strawberry Overnight Oat Jars 🍓🥄 #BreakfastPrep #HealthyAndSweet

Recipe :

Ingredients:
1 cup rolled oats
1 cup unsweetened almond milk (or milk of choice)
1/2 cup fresh strawberries, chopped (plus extra for topping)
2 tbsp chia seeds
1 tbsp maple syrup or honey
1 tsp vanilla extract
1/4 cup vegan yogurt (or Greek yogurt for non-vegan)
Optional: sliced almonds or granola for topping
Instructions:
In a bowl or directly in two small jars, combine rolled oats, almond milk, chia seeds, maple syrup, and vanilla extract. Stir well.
Fold in chopped strawberries and vegan yogurt until evenly mixed.
Divide the mixture between two small jars or containers with lids.
Cover and refrigerate overnight (or at least 4 hours) to let the oats soften and thicken.
Before serving, stir the oats and top with extra fresh strawberries, sliced almonds, or granola if desired.
Enjoy cold or slightly warmed. Store in the fridge for up to 3 days.
