🍌 Cinnamon Swirl Banana Protein Cake (No Powder Needed!)
Banana bread meets coffee cake—but made with a protein shake instead of powder. Light, moist, and macro-friendly. Perfect with coffee or post-workout ☕💪
🌟 Ingredients:
• 1¼ cups flour
• 2 ripe bananas (medium)
• 2 large eggs
• 1 (12 oz) vanilla protein shake (200 cal, 32g protein)
• 2 Tbsp cinnamon
• ½ tsp baking powder
• ½ tsp baking soda
• ¼ tsp salt
• 1 tsp vanilla extract
✨ Cinnamon Swirl Mix:
• Sugar alternative + cinnamon + sugar-free syrup (to taste)
🌟 Directions:
1️⃣ Preheat oven to 350°F and line or lightly grease an 8” square pan.
2️⃣ In a large bowl, mix all dry ingredients: flour, cinnamon, baking powder, baking soda, salt.
3️⃣ In a separate bowl, mash bananas and whisk in eggs, protein shake, and vanilla.
4️⃣ Combine wet and dry ingredients—mix just until smooth (don’t overmix!).
5️⃣ Pour half the batter into your pan. Add the cinnamon swirl, then top with the remaining batter.
6️⃣ Bake for 25–30 minutes or until a toothpick comes out mostly clean.
7️⃣ Let cool for 10 minutes, then slice into 12 pieces.
