Hi everyone. Today I will be baking 10 cakes from the last 100 years, one cake for each decade.

1960's – Cathedral Window (is it really a cake?)
1970's – Black Forest cake
1980's – I don't know this one. But it looks similar to Sans Rival
1990's – Tiramisu (again, not a cake?)
2000's – Cheesecake
2010's – Entremet with Mirror glaze
Did I get it right?
The no talking and no music in the background was too weird for me. Descriptions would have been helpful because I didn’t know what the 80s and 2010’s cakes were. Also, I never saw cakes like that in 2010
1930’s looks nice but a little too sweet for my taste. Too much icing.

Never had tiramisu. Also I have no idea what the cake you made for the 80s is. In the 80s my favorite cake was carrot cake. We ate cakes from grocery store bakeries, so usually sheet cake and early 90s the cake I wanted more than any other was an ice cream cake. What is the cake you put for 80s? The name I mean? Also what in the world was that last cake???
