【材料】(5個)
ーーーーーーーーーー
<生地>
強力粉 250g
砂糖 15g
バター 15g
塩 3g
ドライイースト 3g
水 140g
<お湯(ラウゲン液)>
水 1L
重曹 35g
ーーーーーーーーーー
【手順】
1.ホームベーカリーに材料を入れ、生地を混ぜ一次発酵
2.生地を5分割して丸め、常温で15分(ベンチタイム)
3.生地を成形し常温で30分(二次発酵)
4.オーブンを予熱(210℃)
5.80-90℃のお湯に重曹を入れる
6.成形した生地を片面30秒ずつ、計1分ゆでる
7.クープを入れ、お好みで塩をかける
8.オーブンで210℃20分焼く
