Strawberry Blueberry banana smoothie ๐Ÿ“๐Ÿซ #healthyrecipes #smoothierecipes

    Today I decided to switch up my normal strawberry banana smoothie and added blueberries to it. And I’m using Lifeways blueberry kefir instead of yogurt to give me that extra boost that I need in the morning. This smoothie consists of frozen strawberries, bananas, and blueberries. 1 cup of blueberry kefir, half a cup of milk, teaspoon of two of agave, a few ice cubes, more or less, depending on how thick you like your smoothies. If you have a protein powder that you use, you can add that as well. This smoothie came out so good. I’ve been replacing my breakfast with smoothies lately. So, let me know if you have any other smoothie recipes I should try.

    1. Omg thank you for this because I drink plain Kefir every morning and itโ€™s so nasty ๐Ÿ˜‚ now Iโ€™ll add fruit and make a smoothie ๐Ÿน

    2. Suggestion: Blend your fruit, milk, and ice first, then lightly mix in the kefir afterward.

      Blending everything together can damage or kill the beneficial bacteria in the kefir ๐Ÿ’ฏ๐Ÿ‘Œ๐Ÿฟ
