La Viña style perfect almost burnt cheesecake
Best basque style cheesecake you will make. Inspired in “La Viña cheesecake” from San Sebastian
Ingredients:
🔸 500gr Cream cheese
🔸 250gr Mascarpone
🔸 50gr Roquefort
🔸 150 sugar
🔸 6 eggs
🔸 400ml cream
🔸 2 tsp flour
Prepration
🔸 Mix everything, try to avoid any lumps in the mix
🔸 Preheated oven to 200ºC, bake for 45-50 mins
🔸 Let it rest and cool down overnight (or al least 6h)
