INGREDIENTS】- 20cm diameter mould
★ Tart Crust
160g Cake flour
80g Butter
1 Egg yolk
15g Sugar
1tsp Vanilla oil

★ Filling and garnish
400g Pumpkin pulp (net)
200cc Heavy cream
3 Egg yolks
60g Sugar
1tsp Vanilla oil
1tbsp Juice of lemon
Cinnamon powder
200cc Heavy cream
10g Sugar

【材料】直径20cmのタルト型
