Ingredients
Meringue cookies
60g Egg whites
60g Sugar
10g Cornstarch
10g Powdered sugar

100℃150min

Sweet Pastry Crust

Unsalted butter 60 g
Powdered sugar 35 g
1/2 eggs (25 g)
flour 120 g

150g Whipping cream(35-38%)
5g Sugar

200g Chestnut paste(Pâte de marron)
70g Unsalted butter
Rum
Powdered sugar
Marrons Glacé

* Preheating is necessary. Even if the recipe was written without “preheat oven …”, you must preheat the oven, and please start baking when the oven reaches a set temperature.

  1. Can we at least get a video of him completely destroying at an arm wrestling competition with that monster of a right forearm he’s always whisking with. It could be its own video or even just a short match in between cooking steps where he steps away, camera still focused on his arm and whatever cast destined opponent

  3. It’s very hard to get hold of chestnut paste where I live 😢could you show us how to make mont blanc cream with chestnut spread or puree please? I’ve looked everywhere on the internet but couldn’t find it 😢(maybe coz it’s impossible?!) 😮 I’ve got lots of spread that I’ve mistakenly bought so need to get rid of them 😂

  4. i have a question, in an anime and in some pictures i saw a golden ball at the top that was soft not like it was a nut, i wonder if you know what that was?
