4ステップで出来るパイ生地のクロナッツ｜Puff Pastry Cronuts in 4 Easy Steps

今週は4ステップで簡単にできるパイ生地を使用したクロナッツのつくり方です♪生地を1から作る手間も、寝かせる必要も一切なし！パイ生地を重ねて使うことで厚みがあって食べ応えのあるサクサクな仕上がりになります＾＾

‐材料（直径8cm×2個分）‐
■冷凍パイシート(18×10cm)…4枚
■卵(溶いておく)…1個
■薄力粉…適量

≪トッピング≫
□板チョコ(ホワイト)…1枚
□抹茶パウダー…1～2g
□アラザンチョコ…適量
□ベリーミックス…4～5粒
□ミント…適量

【作り方】
1.薄力粉を振った台に解凍したパイシート2枚を重ねるようにして乗せ、30×20cm位になるまで薄く伸ばす。(ガスオーブンを200℃で予熱開始)
2.1に溶き卵を塗って、卵液がはみ出さないように三つ折りにしたものを2つ作り、重ねる。
3.大きさの違うセルクル(直径8cmと3cmのものを使用)またはドーナツ抜型などを使って型抜きをしたら、生地の表面に余った溶き卵を塗る。
4.200℃のガスオーブンで約17～20分焼いてデコレーションすれば完成。

【Puff Pastry Cronuts in 4 Easy Steps】

Today’s recipe is for the croissant-doughnut hybrid, cronuts. No need to make pie dough from scratch since we use frozen puff pastry in this easy 4 step recipe. Layering the dough makes crunchy and fulfilling cronuts!

【Ingredients】(8cmx2)
・4 frozen puff pastry sheets (18x10cm), defrosted
・1 egg beaten
・flour for dusting

Toppings
・1 white chocolate bar
・1-2g matcha powder
・silver dragees to taste
・4-5 berries
・mint, to taste

【Directions】
1. On a dusted surface, layer 2 pastry sheets and roll out to about 30x20cm. Repeat with remaining 2 sheets. (Pre-heat oven to 200℃)
2. Brush the center of the each dough with beaten egg and fold in three, making sure the egg doesn’t leak. Layer the two folded sheets.
3. Cut dough using large and small cookie cutters ( 8cm and 3cm shown) or a doughnut cutter. Brush surface with remaining egg.
4. Bake for 17-20 minutes at 200℃.
