Churros are one of my FAVORITE desserts! Warm, fried, crispy dough with a light melt-in-your-mouth inside rolled in cinnamon sugar and served with a super easy chocolate dipping sauce. Made with simple pantry ingredients and impossible to resist!

don’t think anyone can resist freshly made churros, still warm straight from the fryer. They’re just the ultimate sweet treat and so much fun to both make and eat, I mean, who can say no to hot cinnamon doughnuts with chocolate sauce?

  2. Please tell the replacement of eggs for a eggless version. Whatever recipes I have tried for eggless version, my churros dough ends up getting very hard and piping bags will tear up while making churros.

  3. We followed the recipe exactly except we used hand mixer it turned out to be very soft and not nice 😢😂. I find the instructions not very clear about cooking temperatures and cooking time with your recipes please can you always communicate ❤

  6. lol…Sunday afternoon in humid Brisbane here…so glad your mum corrected your pronunciation of your Spanish…😅I’d love to make Churros with gluten free flour…as a coeliac I have baked most of my live all my own foods..I have a Kenwood mixmaster, and now a Thermomix too..so I can do anything now…loved catching up on your videos…stinking hot here today! I made this recipe and it came out perfect I didn’t make it straightaway I left the mixture at room temperature and the churros came out soft and floppy but still delicious so I would recommend if you don’t make it straight away put the mixture in the fridge but it was amazing and dipped in the chocolate ganache was the cherry on top thank you for the recipe

  9. I’m probably stupid but there were a bunch of things unsaid in the video like temperature of oil and stuff,I made my thing look like white poo in the end so yea😅

  10. Please help me. If 1 cup of flour is 120g, how is a 1/4 cup of sugar 50g? They can't both be correct 😵‍💫 should it be 200g of flour or 30g of sugar?
    I'm in the UK and really struggle with the conversation of cups lol
