Mass consumption of apples [Part 4] Apple Napoleon pie ○Recipe * Making apple compote Cut 1 apple into 8 pieces Put apples, 200ml of water, and 50g of sugar in a pot and boil over medium heat. When it boils, lower the heat, cover with a drop lid and simmer for 20 minutes. *Pie crust making Thaw 2 pie sheets (use Seven Premium) and roll out Bake at 200 degrees for 10 minutes (while observing the situation) Once baked, crush the dough with a flat plate or cutting board. Turn over and bake at 200 degrees for 6 minutes (while observing the situation) After baking, sprinkle with powdered sugar and bake at 190 degrees for 10 minutes. * Making custard cream Mix 15g of soft flour, 50g of sugar and half of 200ml of milk. When there are no lumps, mix 1 whole egg and the rest of the milk Heat at 500W for 2 minutes several times to harden the custard. When the custard has cooled, whip 200ml of fresh cream and mix with the custard. * Finishing ✨ Layer the pie sheet, cream, apple, cream, pie sheet, and so on in that order. If you put almonds on the side, it will be delicious and look better👍(I didn't know how to put it well)
In the video, the apple compote and custard are doubled (for gluttons). I used rock sugar in the apple compote because I was running out of granulated sugar.

りんご大量消費[第4弾]りんごのナポレオンパイ
○つくり方
*りんごのコンポートつくり
りんご1個を8等分にカット
鍋にりんご、水200ml、砂糖50gを入れ中火で煮る
沸騰したら弱火、落し蓋をして20分煮詰める
*パイ生地つくり
パイシート2枚(セブンプレミアム使用)を解凍して伸ばす
200度で10分焼く(様子を見ながら)
焼けたら、平らなお皿やまな板で生地を押しつぶす
裏返して200度で6分焼く(様子を見ながら)
焼けたら、粉砂糖をふりかけて190度で10分焼く
*カスタードクリームつくり
薄力粉15g、砂糖50g、牛乳200mlの半分くらいを混ぜ合わせる
ダマがなくなったら、全卵1個と残りの牛乳を混ぜる
500Wで2分加熱を何回か行い、カスタードを固める
カスタードが冷えたら生クリーム200mlを泡だて、カスタードと合わせる
*仕上げ✨
パイシート、クリーム、りんご、クリーム、パイシート、、、と重ねていく
横にアーモンドくっつけると美味しいし見栄えも良くなる👍(上手い付け方がわかりませんでした)
動画では、りんごのコンポート・カスタードは倍量で作っています(食いしん坊のため)
りんごのコンポートで氷砂糖を使っているのは、グラニュー糖を切らしていたのと氷砂糖消費のためです
すごい美味しかったのでまた作りたいです🧁🍴
