登別温泉に行った時に購入した、のぼりべつ酪農館のレアチーズプリンを食べてみました。
レアチーズプリン珍しいなと思って、どのような味が気になり購入です。
ひとパック4個入りで、値段は1000円程度でした。

のぼりべつ酪農館の牛乳は、65°c 30分館の低温殺菌製法ですのでコクと旨みがしっかりと出てくる牛乳を作っています。

そのような牛乳を使ったプリンでもあるので、とても楽しみです。

カップのデザインも白と金色の2色で、シンプルなカラー使いでありながらとても良いデザインで見た目もすごくいいです。

おいしい牛乳を使っているので、牛のデザインを使っているのもすごくいいなと思います！

食べてみた感想は、爽やかな酸味のあるレアチーズを少し柔らかくしたような感じの食感で美味しいプリンだなと思いました。
卵は使っていないので、卵の香りはありませんがしっかりとチーズのコクが出ていて美味しいなと思います。
酸味はレモン濃縮果汁を使っているので、程よい爽やかな香りがありすごく良かったです。

登別酪農館で通常のプリンの方も作っていますので、そちらの方も別の機会に食べてみたいなと思いました！
おいしい牛乳を使ったプリンはとても美味しいので、気になります。

登別温泉に入った時にお土産にもピッタリですので、試しに一度食べてみてください！
