Spelt Banana Bread スペルト小麦で作るバナナブレッド
Banana Bread made with Spelt
1 cup of spelt, ground in a blender.
Mix together 2 mashed bananas, 4 tablespoons of brown sugar, 1 tablespoon of cocoa powder, 2 whole eggs, a little olive oil, a little milk, and 5 grams of baking powder.
Put the mixture in a mold and top with crushed cashews.
Bake in oven 180 degrees for 40 minutes
・スペルト麦を1カップ、ブレンダーで粉砕
・すりつぶしたバナナ2本分ときび砂糖大さじ4、全卵2個、ココアパウダー大さじ1、オリーブオイル少々、牛乳少々、ベーキングパウダー5gを混ぜ合わせる
・型に入れ、砕いたカシューナッツをトッピング
・オーブン180度40分で焼く
