Shells:
• Avocados (halved) – 4 large
• Tuna – 3 tins
• Spring Onions (chopped) – 1 bunch
• Red Bell Pepper (chopped small) – ½
• Capers – 2 tsp
• Salt – just a dash
INSTRUCTIONS:
Dressing:
1. In a small bowl, combine the balsamic vinegar, garlic, olive oil, oregano, and honey.
2. Whisk well until fully blended.
3. Let the dressing sit for a few minutes to allow the flavors to meld.
Main Assembly
1. Cut the avocados in half and remove the pit.
