Strawberry chocolate overnight oats!

Strawberry Chocolate Overnight Oats 💥
(Makes 2 portions)

1 Cup Old Fashioned Oats
5 oz vanilla Greek yogurt
½ cup almond milk
1 Scoop Chocolate Protein
1 Tbsp cocoa powder
optional: 1 TBS Sugar Free maple syrup
½ pint strawberries
1 Tbsp coconut sugar/cane sugar
2 servings melted chocolate chips

In a medium bowl combine the oats, yogurt, milk, protein, cocoa, and sweetener. Mix this all up really well and divide evenly into 2 separate containers.

Cut all the strawberries into smaller pieces and place them in a pan over medium heat with the coconut sugar. Mash these up into a jam-like texture. This will only take about 3-4 minutes. Remove from the pan and set aside to cool. Once cooled add a layer to the top of each container of oats. Finish with a single serving layer of the melted chocolate and place in the fridge for a minimum of 6 hours, preferably overnight.

  1. looks nasty -the texture of the strawberry and oats obviously
    -also the bit of sea salt but i reckon its Very good minus the bit of sea salt on the chocolate
