In a bowl, take 1.5 Cup Almond Flour and 1/8th Cup Melted Vegan Butter.
To that, add 1/8th Cup + 2 Tbsp Maple Syrup and 1 Tbsp Ginger Powder.
Whisk the mixture until combined into a stiff dough.
Drop spoonfuls of dough onto a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
Bake for 15 minutes at 180 degrees.
Top it all with your favorite toppings and dig in!
