These yummy fluffy and healthy pancakes were complete satisfactory for our sweet-tooth family. We’re always like half vegan people who eat healthier but also eat anything that is tasty so we eat non-plant-based foods as well.

For these pancakes, I reduced the butter by half by adding bananas and apple sauce and replaced some of the self-purpose flour with oat and almond flour. They turned out still fluffy, tasty and flavorful from almond flour, bananas and apples.
