・カボチャ  正味150g
・グラニュー糖   20g
・生クリーム   15ml (+10ml)→やわらかいペーストにするため
・牛乳       10ml (+10ml)→配合を調整してます
・ラム酒      5ml
・シナモン. お好みで少々

◆サツマイモ🍠モンブランペースト (3〜4個分)

・カサツマイモ  皮つきで100g強
・グラニュー糖   20g  
・紫芋パウダー   10g
・生クリーム   30ml (+10ml)→やわらかいペーストにするため
