Matcha Latte Overnight Oats

Matcha Latte Overnight Oats with @jenneatsgoood. Meal prep this in 5 minutes for the week ahead! It’s the perfect high protein breakfast with a nice energy boost from the matcha.

INGREDIENTS
⊹ ½ cup gluten-free oats
⊹ 2 tbsp chia seeds
⊹ 1 serving protein powder (we used @ritual)
⊹ pinch of salt
⊹ 1 1/2 tsp matcha powder, sifted
⊹ 1 cup almond milk
⊹ 1 tsp vanilla extract
⊹ 1 tbsp maple syrup
⊹ plant based yogurt, to top

METHOD
① In a jar, add oats, chia seeds, protein powder, salt and sifted matcha powder.
② Pour in the almond milk, vanilla and maple syrup and mix again until combined—be sure to get the edges so there are no protein powder or matcha clumps. Seal with a lid and refrigerate overnight to set.
③ Enjoy with a few tablespoons of plant based yogurt, to top, if desired. Keep refrigerated for up to five days!

  1. Beautiful! I always top off my oats with berries and would add in maybe 2-3 T of hempseeds for even more protein, but the vibrant green and white with the creamy yogurt is also aesthetically pleasing! I'll have to give this a try!
